Terms and Conditions – pak75 Online Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to pak75, an online gaming and sports betting platform built specifically for players in Pakistan. pak75 offers cricket betting (including PSL), football, esports, casino games, live dealer tables and fish games — all in PKR and accessible via browser or the pak75 mobile app.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to every player who registers and uses the pak75 platform. They cover account creation, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, betting rules, acceptable conduct and other important matters. Please take the time to read them fully before you start playing.

The Terms may be updated from time to time. When a material change is made, pak75 will display a notice on the platform. Continuing to use pak75 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into effect.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pak75, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. pak75 does not permit minors to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• Capacity: You must be of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• One account per person: Each player may only hold one pak75 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
• Personal use only: Accounts are for the personal use of the registered player. You may not allow another person to use or operate your account on your behalf.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of pak75 are not permitted to hold player accounts.

3. Account Registration

When you register a pak75 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your details change, update them promptly.
• You must keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested.
• pak75 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. You may be asked to submit identification documents before a withdrawal is processed. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.
• Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pak75 are made in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other supported mobile wallets.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. These limits may vary by payment method.
• pak75 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference and we will investigate promptly.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method on file for your account. To protect against fraud, withdrawals are generally returned to the same method used for your most recent deposit.

• Before your first withdrawal is processed, pak75 may require identity verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or another acceptable form of identification.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. Most requests are completed the same day; complex cases may take longer.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in your name. pak75 will not send funds to a third party.
• If your account has an active bonus, a withdrawal request may be subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met first. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• pak75 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases we will contact you to resolve the matter.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak75 offers a range of bonuses and promotions designed for Pakistani players — including deposit match bonuses, free bets, PSL season promotions and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed at the point of opt-in. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligible games and markets: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games (e.g., slots, fish games) or specific betting markets (e.g., cricket, PSL). Bets placed on ineligible markets will not contribute to wagering.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free bets have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse and fraud: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bots, hedging bets across accounts or any other form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
• pak75 discretion: pak75 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will be honoured subject to applicable terms.

7. Betting Rules

pak75's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests), football, esports, tennis and other sports. The following general betting rules apply across all sports:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pak75. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at our discretion, including large or unusual wagers.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market. These are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you request a bet and the time it is accepted, particularly for in-play betting. You will be shown the confirmed odds before a bet is finalised.
• Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event. For cricket, this includes results confirmed by the relevant board (PCB, ICC or equivalent). For PSL, results are based on the official DLF/PCB scorecard.
• Void bets: A bet is voided if the event is abandoned, cancelled or otherwise does not reach the stage required for settlement. Voided bets are refunded in full to your pak75 balance.
• Errors: If a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in odds (e.g., odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), pak75 reserves the right to void and refund the bet.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once an in-play bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. Bets submitted during a dead-ball period or scoring moment may be voided at pak75's discretion.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available on selected markets. The Cash Out value offered is calculated by pak75's system and may be accepted or declined by the player. Once Cash Out is confirmed, the resulting amount is final and the original bet is settled.

8. Casino & Fish Games

pak75's casino section includes slots, live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette and others) and a dedicated fish games lobby. The following terms apply to all casino and fish game play:

• All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats supplied by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are independent and cannot be manipulated.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are stated within each game's information panel.
• Casino and fish game bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the wagering contribution rates stated in the applicable promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy. pak75 is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the player's side.
• Technical malfunctions in any game will be investigated. If a malfunction affects the integrity of a round, pak75 may void the affected round and refund the stake.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak75. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one pak75 account per person.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Match fixing / corruption: Placing bets based on inside information, participating in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, fraudulent chargebacks, or any form of financial fraud on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using pak75 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Impersonation: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity or details.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

pak75 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• At the player's own request (for example, via a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy).
• Inactivity — accounts that have been dormant for an extended period may be flagged. pak75 will contact you before taking any action on an inactive account.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified where possible. If a suspension is later lifted, your balance will be restored. If an account is permanently closed due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

11. Privacy & Data

pak75 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

• pak75 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is handled securely. Card and wallet details are not stored on pak75 servers — they are processed through secure, certified payment processors.

12. Responsible Gaming

pak75 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We strongly encourage all players to adopt responsible gaming habits:

• Set a budget before you start playing and stick to it. Only bet with money you can afford to lose.
• Set time limits. Decide in advance how long you will play and take regular breaks.
• Do not chase losses. If you have had an unlucky session, the answer is never to bet more to recover what you have lost.

13. Limitation of Liability

pak75 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The following limitations apply:

• pak75 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or network interruptions beyond our control.
• pak75 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• pak75 does not guarantee any specific outcome in betting or casino games. All outcomes involve risk and no result is guaranteed.
• pak75's liability to any player in connection with any single event or sequence of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event in question.
• pak75 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pak75 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, a notice will be displayed on the platform or sent to your registered contact.

Your continued use of pak75 after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
